The Sandquists
 The youngest of the youngest of the youngest, Kurt Sandquist, started the introductions. (Just ignore Mardi over there on the edge of the picture. As MC parts of her got in on a lot of these pictures.) |
 Here is Kurt's family, left to right. Kurt and his wife Ginny; oldest daughter, Paula and her children Grace, Sonny, Anders (not sure where he is), & Juniper (out front looking at grandpa Kurt); Freeman's wife, Erin and daughter Lily. Freeman is in Afghanistan, due to return home next October. Their other daughter, Sarah, is in Denton, Texas where she and her husband, Matt, attend the U of North Texas. |
 Next, Scott and his wife, Amy, joined the group. Their oldest son, Max, is in Fort Collins, Colorado. Their other son, Rex is studying architecture, and their youngest, daughter, Sam, will be a senior in high school this fall. |
 When Scott was done he handed the mike off to his sister, Kathryn, the next oldest in Luetta's family. Now we can see Anders between Grace and Sonny. Juniper is still looking around. |
 Kathryn brought us up to date about her two daughters, both of whom married since we last met. Emily and her husband, Sam, live in Edmond, Oklahoma. She is in nursing school. Anika and husband, Sonny, live in Florida. Anika just told her mother that Kathryn is to be a grandmother soon. |
 The next person to join the family group was Kathryn's son, Alex. He and Kathryn are in the process of moving to Lincoln. During the reunion week end Kathryn was looking for a house in Lincoln to share with her mother, Luetta. Alex, however, would like to get a place of his own. |
 Now Kathryn is calling on Doug, the oldest of the Sandquist siblings, to come say his piece. |
 Doug tells us that his son, Tim, has just gotten a job as assistant basketball coach at a community college in Iowa. Since I could not remember what town Tim was moving to, I looked online for Iowa Community colleges and found this article on the Southwestern Community College website. (It's in Creston.)
